Mr.
Boyke has been a speaker for the Debtor-Creditor Section of the
Oregon State Bar, the Multnomah County Bar Association, the Oregon
Association of County Tax Collectors, The Northwest Bankruptcy Instititute, and several private groups
on bankruptcy, taxation, and commercial law. He taught Business
Law at Linfield College.

Mr. Boyke practices commercial law, business reorganization, bankruptcy
and tax, in both transactional and litigation settings. His clients
include small and medium-sized businesses, individuals, creditors,
debtors and bankruptcy trustees.
