PRACTICE EMPHASIS
Mr. Landress concentrates his practice in commercial litigation,
including the representation of business debtors and creditors
in bankruptcy proceedings. He also has extensive experience prosecuting
adversary proceedings for bankruptcy trustees, and in defending
such actions for commercial creditors.
