and in resolving various title issues. We work closely with title
companies to assure that even the most complex transaction closes

Litigation
Greene & Markley’s real estate lawyers understand that real estate
transactions, however well-conceived, documented and executed,
may result in disputes. We represent clients in litigation of
title disputes, boundary disputes, easement disputes, commercial
or residential lease disputes, eviction proceedings and foreclosures
of all types of real property security interests.
Collection/Bankruptcy
Our experience in debtor/creditor matters enables our attorneys
to handle all kinds of collection matters involving real property,
including foreclosures of all forms of liens and judgment executions
against real property. We assist creditors in the bankruptcy court
to protect their rights and liens or claims to real property,
including relief from the automatic stay, proofs of claims and
plan confirmations. Greene & Markley has extensive experience
representing trustees, debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings
involving real property and with real property liquidations in
bankruptcy.
