PRACTICE
EMPHASIS & BAR ACTIVITIES
Ms. Duncan devotes her practice to state and federal appellate
litigation and complex trial court litigation. Included among
the diverse appeals she has handled are decisions in insurance
law, employment law, professional malpractice, tort law, punitive
damages, contract and commercial law, and tax law issues. She
also handles dispositive motions and assists in formulating strategy
on complex litigation matters.
Ms. Duncan co-founded the Appellate Practice Section of the OSB
in 1994 and continually plays an active role in the section's
activities by working with the appellate judiciary and colleagues
on special projects and organizing and participating in numerous
CLEs addressing all aspects of Oregon and Ninth Circuit appellate
practice.
