Practice Emphasis
Mr. Arnot concentrates his practice in the firm’s core area of debtor/creditor law, focusing in particular on representing banks, other creditors, committees, and creditors in commercial Chapter 11 reorganizations. He also concentrates his practice in commercial litigation including judicial foreclosure actions, receiverships, actions involving commercial leases, and complex collection matters. Mr. Arnot has particular expertise in defending commercial creditors in preference and fraudulent conveyance actions in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court.
