Mr. Weiner lectures and writes on real estate topics for various seminar programs.
Practice Emphasis
Mr. Weiner concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions including IRC Section 1031 Exchanges. In his real estate practice, Mr. Weiner has experience in representing developers, owners and managers of shopping centers, office buildings, apartments and industrial parks. Mr. Weiner also represents businesses of various sizes in their formation, operations, and in the acquisition and sale of their businesses.
